Good service.

The process was fast, the car was in excellent condition with only 8,000 kilometers on the odometer.

SIXT is great, they have plenty of cars and locations.

Great, much better than the Frankfurt train station branch by a huge margin. Anyone traveling to Frankfurt should book a car at the city center or airport locations. Avoid the train station branch—it’s a complete rip-off.

I prepaid over 1000, but the rental company charged an additional 1700. Phone customer service agreed but there was no recording, so there was nowhere to argue when the rental company charged the money. Even if there was a recording, complaining abroad is difficult. Initially, Zuzuche customer service did not handle it, but later they started to, which is commendable. However, there is still no resolution.

The store staff seems inexperienced.

Thanks to Sixt's service, I was able to return the car smoothly. Due to road closures and traffic jams, and being in a rush to catch a train, I didn’t have time to refuel. However, Sixt proactively informed me that they wouldn’t charge double the fuel price. That said, Sixt's customer service hotline was impossible to get through. When I finally managed to connect, I was told they couldn’t speak English.

Since domestic insurance requires advance payment and reimbursement afterwards, I opted to purchase on-site insurance which eliminates the need for upfront payment. Although it's pricier, it offers peace of mind.
