HERTZ CAR RENTAL REVIEWS IN GERMANY

Fantastic experience. At pickup they asked if I wanted any extra services, I told them to stick strictly to the original booking, and they processed everything right away with no upselling.

Super easy process for both pickup and return.

Super convenient from start to finish.

The car was basically brand new, with only about 900 km on the odometer. The staff were super friendly and attentive, and both pickup and return were really smooth and hassle‑free.

The whole process was smooth and picking up the car was really easy.

Awesome experience – super efficient and really fast, plus it wasn’t crowded at all!

The car was actually an upgraded model, which was great.

Got a Peugeot 308 SW and was super happy with it

Pretty good! Service was great—they just asked us to wait a few minutes and then threw in a free upgrade.

Everything went pretty smoothly, no real hassle at all.

It was okay overall, the whole process is pretty unmanned and mostly self-service.

The wait in line was way too long.

The counter was easy to find, no line at all, and once I told them I already had insurance through the platform, they didn’t try to upsell anything else.

Wait time was really short.

Super quick queues, hardly any waiting at all.

Super quiet in the morning, hardly anyone there.

Rented a BYD hybrid wagon in Germany this time – solid chassis, smooth acceleration, overall a great drive and ride. Service was generally good too. Little tip for anyone renting: when you pick up the car, make sure you specifically ask the staff for the blue parking permit card!

Both the rental counter and parking lot are inside the airport, so it was really easy to find. The paperwork was straightforward, service was efficient, and we got the car very quickly.
