You can walk to the counter of Alamo - Frankfurt Airport car rental.

Upon arrival at Terminal 1, follow signs to the Car Rental Centre. For arrivals into Terminal 2, exit arrivals and we are located directly outside arrivals on the right-hand side.

    Like: Got a free upgrade, which is always nice. But had to wait a long time behind just 1 other customer to get service. Car was in excellent condition. Had a great trip in Germany with the car. The price was a steal, even for the basic SUV I had originally requested.
    Dislike: No answer at all when calling their office to extend! They absolutely don't pick up the phone. In the end, I had to go to the airport again on the day I was supposed to return the car, to extend my reservation. During drop off, no receipt/information about billing was given.

Money was taken from my bank account for a "late return" of the rental car, even though it was returned on time, but since there was nobody there we had to drop the key in the "key drop".     We weren't told where to drop off the car so assumed it was where we had picked it up from. However when we got there we were told we should have seen a big sign telling us where to drop it off but we hadn't seen it. It also wasn't very clear as to what fuel the car took, there was no indication on the fuel cap and it wasn't obvious on the paperwork.

    The young guy at the rental store was very enthusiastic, but even though we had already purchased full insurance, he still sold us another full insurance package. During the process of picking up the car in the garage, we felt the payment amount was incorrect and raised the issue with the staff there. After carefully reviewing our order, they immediately agreed to refund the amount when we returned the car. Shortly after returning the car to a different location, we received the refund.     I was upsold full insurance multiple times during pickup, even after informing them I already bought it domestically. It was irritating and I couldn't drive at ease throughout the trip.
