Excellent service, both picking up and returning the car were very convenient.

The transaction was handled at another company's counter, and the explanation was unclear. The additional driver fee quoted was very different from the final charge. They originally said it was 5 euros per day, capped at 50 euros, and including tax it should have been around 60 euros. However, after agreeing, they charged my card 130 euros! Including the remaining balance for the car rental, it totaled over 160 euros! This is a typical case of fraudulent charges.

The staff tried very hard to sell insurance at pick-up. They were unhappy when I didn't buy it and tried to scare me about potential high costs if the car had any issues. There were very few car models available, much worse than Alamo in the US.

I was upsold full insurance multiple times during pickup, even after informing them I already bought it domestically. It was irritating and I couldn't drive at ease throughout the trip.
Otherwise, everything was great, convenient, and fast. I originally booked a manual wagon and paid an extra 10 euros to upgrade to an automatic Jaguar. It was a new car, and cars abroad get updated quite quickly.

We weren't told where to drop off the car so assumed it was where we had picked it up from. However when we got there we were told we should have seen a big sign telling us where to drop it off but we hadn't seen it. It also wasn't very clear as to what fuel the car took, there was no indication on the fuel cap and it wasn't obvious on the paperwork.
