Since I paid in full on the QEEQ platform, both picking up and returning the car were very convenient.

The young guy at the rental store was very enthusiastic, but even though we had already purchased full insurance, he still sold us another full insurance package. During the process of picking up the car in the garage, we felt the payment amount was incorrect and raised the issue with the staff there. After carefully reviewing our order, they immediately agreed to refund the amount when we returned the car. Shortly after returning the car to a different location, we received the refund.
