ALAMO CAR RENTAL REVIEWS IN NORWAY

The service was excellent. A valid domestic driver's license, a translated copy, and a chip card are required.

Great car rental experience with smooth and convenient process.

Very satisfied. We arrived 40 minutes early, and although there was no one available at first, the staff made us wait until the scheduled time to complete the formalities. They were very thorough. However, we didn't realize that adding a driver would also require providing the Chinese driving license booklet. International certifications and Hague authentication were not acceptable. It would be great if users could be reminded of this in advance in the future.

Super friendly and thoughtful service – they’re easy to talk to and really try their best to meet any requests.

Affordable and cost-effective

The staff was very friendly, and the guy reminded me to record a video of the entire car when picking it up.

The car pickup was delayed by half an hour.

1. The car was great to drive, a Skoda, and it came with a full tank. 2. The QEEQ online support team was honestly amazing. I ran into two big issues and they actively helped me sort both out. First, my flight was delayed so I had to push back my pickup time. Trying to call the local counter to change it was a hassle, but after chatting with a QEEQ agent online, they responded quickly and helped me successfully adjust and pick up the car. Second, I needed to return the car earlier than planned. I’d booked the car quite early, but bought my flight later, and in the end the only flights left were very early in the morning, so I had to drop the car off ahead of schedule. The QEEQ staff really went all out—calling, emailing, texting—using every possible way to help me arrange the early return. Even though the local counter hasn’t officially checked in and inspected the car yet, the overall experience has been fantastic!!! All in all, renting a car abroad through QEEQ feels really reassuring. As long as you reach out to their live customer service, they’ll jump in and coordinate things right away. I’m genuinely grateful!!!

I accidentally left my phone in the car when I returned it, but after I contacted the rental company they helped mail it back to me. Really appreciate their help!

Overall satisfied, but noticed towards the end that the car didn't have snow tires.

Alamo’s rental location

Pickup was super easy, the staff were really friendly and quick to help. They even upgraded my car, and it was in great condition—drove really smoothly.

The staff had a great attitude, and the rental and return process was very simple and efficient.

Extremely satisfied.

The service was excellent, and the car pickup process was simple, convenient, and practical.

Since we dropped the car off in another city, they couldn’t give us the model we originally booked. The trunk was tiny so we had to put two suitcases on the back seats and squeeze in. Other than that, everything was pretty good.

Super satisfied with the whole experience.

Excellent

The car was in great condition, came with winter tires, and returning it was super quick and easy!
