The pickup time was outside the store's regular hours, but I was pleasantly surprised to find someone at the counter helping out, and the wait wasn’t long.
The experience was excellent. The car pickup process was very smooth, and they even upgraded me to an ID.7 for free. The experience was exceptional—the car was well-equipped and brand new. It's located right inside Tromsø Airport, very easy to find.
Just walked in with my passport and the little white booklet, and that was all they needed. They even helped clear the snow off the car, really solid service.
The counter is right inside the airport, with three staff working at the same time, so there’s basically no waiting. The pickup and return process is very clear and straightforward.
The staff were really friendly and never tried to push any extra insurance. When my card didn’t go through for the deposit, they were very patient and helped sort it out using another method.
The scenery was picturesque, but the car was really difficult to drive. Why not provide a newer car? Compared to the Oslo order, this was relatively worse.
