Really great overall.

The RAV4 was really spacious – perfect for four people, and the trunk had plenty of room for our luggage. Overall a great experience. Before setting off I only took photos of the body of the car; I really should’ve taken pictures of the wheels too. When we returned the car they found a small scratch on the rim that you’d barely notice, and I wasn’t sure if it was already there, but I still ended up paying 2,000. Luckily I’d bought insurance through QEEQ so it was fully reimbursed. There’s always uncertainty on the road, so I’d definitely recommend getting enough coverage before you drive.

Pickup was quick and smooth, everything was explained clearly and there were no issues at all.

My English isn’t very good, but the staff were super patient explaining everything, which was really nice.

First time renting with Hertz and it was a pretty good experience. The car was very new, less than 30,000 km on it and still had that new-car smell. They said there might be an early return fee but it didn’t seem to be charged in the end. Overall, nothing unpleasant at all.

1. The car was great to drive, a Skoda, and it came with a full tank. 2. The QEEQ online support team was honestly amazing. I ran into two big issues and they actively helped me sort both out. First, my flight was delayed so I had to push back my pickup time. Trying to call the local counter to change it was a hassle, but after chatting with a QEEQ agent online, they responded quickly and helped me successfully adjust and pick up the car. Second, I needed to return the car earlier than planned. I’d booked the car quite early, but bought my flight later, and in the end the only flights left were very early in the morning, so I had to drop the car off ahead of schedule. The QEEQ staff really went all out—calling, emailing, texting—using every possible way to help me arrange the early return. Even though the local counter hasn’t officially checked in and inspected the car yet, the overall experience has been fantastic!!! All in all, renting a car abroad through QEEQ feels really reassuring. As long as you reach out to their live customer service, they’ll jump in and coordinate things right away. I’m genuinely grateful!!!

Almost no waiting in line, they just did a quick ID check, handed over the keys, and reminded us to take photos of the car to record its condition.

Everything was pretty good overall. The only issue was there weren’t enough staff—when we arrived earlier than our reserved time, no one was on duty. Make sure you plan your reservation time carefully in advance.

They’ll ask if you want any add-on services, just clearly say “no additional service” and you’re good.

They gave me a nearly new car with just over 4,000 km on it and it drove great in every way. But after I returned it, they charged me three separate times and never provided any breakdown of the fees. That kind of lack of transparency is unacceptable to me. When I rent in the UK or Dubai, they always email a detailed invoice to the address on my contract.

I accidentally left my phone in the car when I returned it, but after I contacted the rental company they helped mail it back to me. Really appreciate their help!

Pretty good overall.

Everything went smoothly from pickup to return. No one tried to upsell insurance, all the charges were explained clearly, and we got the exact ID.3 we’d reserved. For return, we just followed the nav to oslo s p hus, parked in any open spot, and they didn’t even inspect the car on the spot—said they’d check it after cleaning. We simply handed the keys to the station staff and left. A week later the final bill arrived, and apart from tolls there were no extra fees at all. Awesome experience!
