The accident handling is efficient, but the number of locations is limited. After the accident vehicle is towed away, people can only be transported to a nearby town for temporary accommodation, and cannot return to the reserved location. Additionally, to pick up the car, customers must return to the airport to find a model that meets their requirements.

Rented at Bergen Airport and dropped off in the city. This was the first rental place that didn’t push any extra add‑ons at all. When we returned the car, we were almost going to miss our train, so I asked if they could possibly give us a ride to the station. They didn’t even hesitate and immediately drove us there, which is the only reason we made the train—absolute lifesavers. I tipped them to say thanks. The car itself was in excellent condition!

The car rental process is straightforward, utilizing system information without requiring excessive manual input. There are no hidden charges. However, be more thorough during the car inspection at pickup; we spotted an unrecorded scratch.

There was no RAV4 available, so they arranged an XC90 for us. After seeing how big the car actually was, we requested a smaller one, and they gave us an XC60 instead. The car was very new, with only 10,000 kilometers on it and no scratches. It drove smoothly with plenty of power. It also had lane recognition and automatic steering correction. Ferry fees were not required upfront and were settled at the end. The car's license plate was registered for the Bridgestone parking lot, but payment was required by the user. Overall, it was very convenient and a great experience.

Helpful at reception, explain the car hire pick up and later drop off process. Next time will probably get a EV instead of PHEV.

The car pickup process was super simple, done in just 2 minutes. The staff were professional, only providing the most important details and car usage tips with no upselling. Returning the car was also smooth, just a quick exterior check and it was sorted in 3 minutes.

The staff did not accompany us to pick up the car, so it took some time to locate it.
