The accident handling is efficient, but the number of locations is limited. After the accident vehicle is towed away, people can only be transported to a nearby town for temporary accommodation, and cannot return to the reserved location. Additionally, to pick up the car, customers must return to the airport to find a model that meets their requirements.

Everything went smoothly. Found the store, gave them my name, completed a few formalities, and got the keys.

The car rental process is straightforward, utilizing system information without requiring excessive manual input. There are no hidden charges. However, be more thorough during the car inspection at pickup; we spotted an unrecorded scratch.

The service was quite good. Avis and Budget share the same counter, and the queue was shorter compared to Sixt and Hertz. There were no extra upsells for additional insurance. I booked a Toyota Yaris but received a Toyota RAV4 plug-in hybrid with all-wheel drive. An Autopass was included, which worked for highways and ferries in Norway. At the end, highway fees were deducted from the card. When returning the car, gasoline cars need a full tank, and electric cars require at least 70% charge. Our RAV4 hybrid had no charge when we picked it up, so we just drove it as a gasoline car.

Excellent car rental experience. The car I received matched the reservation, pickup was quick, and there was no upselling. Great! The Volvo 90 SUV has a large trunk, easily fitting four 28-inch suitcases.

There was hardly any communication. Let's see how the deposit refund goes.

Helpful at reception, explain the car hire pick up and later drop off process. Next time will probably get a EV instead of PHEV.
