Queuing for over 30 mins on pick up. Once at the counter I was processed faster than most other Rental companies I’ve dealt with. Was impressed by no upselling.

Customer service was good. Price protector informed me that I had purchased at the best price.

The accident handling is efficient, but the number of locations is limited. After the accident vehicle is towed away, people can only be transported to a nearby town for temporary accommodation, and cannot return to the reserved location. Additionally, to pick up the car, customers must return to the airport to find a model that meets their requirements.

The customer service was very good. The staff at the counter were polite. However, the information about the payment of tolls and parking could be explained better. I have provided a deposit on my credit card. I have returned my car with the key drop. I have no idea of the toll and parking charges deducted. I am still waiting to discover the deductibles. I was given an upgraded car, which was very good. I had booked a Toyota Corolla and was given a Toyota Lexus. There were some scratches on the bonnet of the car, but it was in good condition otherwise. I was advised to take photographs of the damage by customer services.

The booking platform is very easy to use to book the right vehicle. The loyalty scheme could be more improved with more ease of collecting the rewards and using them.

When I initially booked the car, I mistakenly chose an electric vehicle. The staff was very helpful and informed us, assisting in making the change.

I booked my car on Zuzuche with a payment of 811 NOK at the store. With the current exchange rate of 1:0.68, my rental cost should be 552 RMB. I added an extra driver at 4 EUR per day, which at an exchange rate of 1:8 should add 32 RMB. My total rental cost should be 584 RMB. However, my credit card was charged 758.52 RMB! Where did the extra 174.52 RMB come from? Please have Zuzuche customer service intervene and ask Hertz to provide a detailed cost breakdown.
