The store staff were friendly and patient. However, after returning the car, they mentioned that additional charges might occur and would notify me via email, but I've never received it. Also, the emails and website from AVIS are in Norwegian. Could it be more user-friendly with an English option?

After filling out the rental requirements online, the car was handed over without any upselling. The vehicle was equipped with an automatic toll payment device, similar to ETC, which eliminated payment hassles and greatly enhanced convenience. At the drop-off location, dedicated staff conducted a thorough vehicle inspection and immediately completed a return confirmation, ensuring responsibility was clearly defined for both parties and protecting their rights. Overall, the rental experience was fantastic.
