The Hertz store is spacious and easy to locate, situated in the most convenient locations. The service process is efficient, and the customer service is very good. This time, they even provided a free upgrade to a Volvo XC60 model.

The condition of the car was excellent, and there were no traffic issues during the entire trip.

The car was in great condition and felt practically brand new!

Affordable and cost-effective

The pickup time was outside the store's regular hours, but I was pleasantly surprised to find someone at the counter helping out, and the wait wasn’t long.

First time renting with Hertz and it was a pretty good experience. The car was very new, less than 30,000 km on it and still had that new-car smell. They said there might be an early return fee but it didn’t seem to be charged in the end. Overall, nothing unpleasant at all.

The car pickup was delayed by half an hour.

1. The car was great to drive, a Skoda, and it came with a full tank. 2. The QEEQ online support team was honestly amazing. I ran into two big issues and they actively helped me sort both out. First, my flight was delayed so I had to push back my pickup time. Trying to call the local counter to change it was a hassle, but after chatting with a QEEQ agent online, they responded quickly and helped me successfully adjust and pick up the car. Second, I needed to return the car earlier than planned. I’d booked the car quite early, but bought my flight later, and in the end the only flights left were very early in the morning, so I had to drop the car off ahead of schedule. The QEEQ staff really went all out—calling, emailing, texting—using every possible way to help me arrange the early return. Even though the local counter hasn’t officially checked in and inspected the car yet, the overall experience has been fantastic!!! All in all, renting a car abroad through QEEQ feels really reassuring. As long as you reach out to their live customer service, they’ll jump in and coordinate things right away. I’m genuinely grateful!!!

The staff were very nice and patiently explained a lot, answering all questions. The car was in great condition, the electric vehicle was very convenient, and the audio system was excellent. Everything went smoothly without any issues. So far, no additional charges have occurred.

The staff had a great attitude, and the rental and return process was very simple and efficient.

The counter is right inside the airport, with three staff working at the same time, so there’s basically no waiting. The pickup and return process is very clear and straightforward.

It was not possible to rent a gasoline car for one-way rental, and I had to switch to an electric car at the last minute. Initially, the counter staff gave us a small car, but after checking the car, we realized it couldn’t fit three large pieces of luggage. We returned to the counter to negotiate for a larger car.
