All the rental counters are in the same area, but Europcar opened way later than everyone else. The other companies were already busy helping customers while this one still hadn’t started.

The car was in good condition and very new. There was no sales pitch during pickup, and the deposit was refunded quickly after drop-off.

They gave us a practically brand‑new car, only 10 km on the clock when we picked it up. The condition was amazing. I’m a pretty experienced driver and had no issues driving around southern Italy and Sicily, but I still went for full insurance for peace of mind.

Loved the store, and the car was in great condition. We managed to fit four 26-inch suitcases plus several backpacks—this Skoda wagon’s trunk is seriously spacious, and the fuel consumption was pretty low too.

Staff were pretty good, easy to talk to, and all the paperwork went smoothly following the group rental instructions. The actual car they gave us was an Audi Q2.

Picking up the car is a bit of a process. You first need to head outside the terminal to the furthest parking lot pickup point, where the rental company’s shuttle runs back and forth. Overall the car was in good condition, and buying the insurance on the spot made everything super easy – you basically just grab the keys and go for both pickup and drop-off. Really recommend this company, the staff were very friendly.

The whole process was really quick and straightforward.

They didn’t have the car I originally booked, so they gave me a Peugeot 380 wagon instead. The car was almost brand new with just 20,000 km on it. The trunk could easily fit four large suitcases plus a few bags, and it was really nice and easy to drive. The only downside was pickup: the line was super long, with just one staff member handling everything, and we waited ages in the parking garage to get the paperwork done. Returning the car was very quick and smooth.

I rent from this company a lot and they’ve been consistently great.

They didn’t try to upsell any extra insurance, which I really appreciated.
