The car was in good condition and very new. There was no sales pitch during pickup, and the deposit was refunded quickly after drop-off.

Loved the store, and the car was in great condition. We managed to fit four 26-inch suitcases plus several backpacks—this Skoda wagon’s trunk is seriously spacious, and the fuel consumption was pretty low too.

Picked up the car at Venice Airport. Remember to get a ticket from the machine at the entrance and wait in line. If there are many people, you might need to wait for a while. The car rental agent was an Italian man, and he was quite friendly. He upgraded us to an Audi A5, and the car was in great condition. We didn’t encounter any issues during the trip. Returning the car was also very convenient; just park it in the designated lot, where Europcar staff will assist with the process. Very quick and efficient.

Overall it was pretty good. The manual car was a bit sluggish, so the power was just average.
