The car provided was not what I expected. The staff saw I had a lot of luggage and forcibly changed it to a 308SW, with additional charges applied. The experience was terrible. Picking up and dropping off the car was relatively easy and quick, and didn’t affect my flight schedule.
It was already nighttime when picking up the car, and I didn't notice a small chip on the glass. When returning the car, I was asked to pay nearly 1000 euros. Feels like a scam company.
There was a scratch under the rear glass that wasn't caused by us. They insisted it was our fault and demanded 200 euros for compensation. The parking lot was too dimly lit at the time, and it was impossible to have scratched that spot.
Very quick and smooth pick-up and drop-off process. Also they did not try to upsell me their own coverage package (I had one via Qeeq) as most rental companies try to do. Kudos!

One of the best prices available for rental vehicles, let alone via the bigger and better-known companies (Avis, Budget, etc). Very easy booking process and good information provided regarding pickup and dropoff process. Good customer-focused experience!
Overall, the process was smooth. They didn't push insurance and proactively informed us that if issues arise, the store would deduct the deposit first, and individuals would handle claims with the car rental app later. The car pickup process was quite organized and straightforward.
