This trip covered Denmark, Norway, and Sweden, spanning 1900 kilometers. From pickup to drop-off, including handling a tire pressure alert by contacting customer service and resolving it perfectly, the overall experience was excellent. The car's trunk is spacious enough to accommodate two 26-inch suitcases, two 24-inch suitcases, one mini suitcase, and a large tote bag. Make sure to choose the full insurance option.

I originally booked a Toyota RAV4 through QEEQ at Copenhagen Airport the afternoon before, but Budget didn't have that model available (seems like their business is doing very well). Instead, they offered me a Skoda sedan, saying it was the most available option in their inventory. However, we had four suitcases (28x2, 24x2), and the car could only fit three of them. After some negotiation, they suggested upgrading to a 7-seater business van for an extra €50 per day, which I firmly refused and decided to cancel the order. Called QEEQ customer service on the spot, who confirmed the cancellation for me. Then I booked to pick up a car near the central train station the next day, which was supposed to be a Toyota RAV4 as well. At 12:30 PM the following day, I went to pick up the car, but there was no RAV4 again—this time, they provided me an MG SUV. The trunk was slightly smaller, but it could fit all four suitcases. We were assisted by an intern, who was very polite and reassuring, going over every detail of the rental agreement with us before signing. Since we were heading to Ribe (on another island), the car company recommended buying the round-trip bridge toll upfront, originally priced at 500 DKK but discounted to 420 DKK. The toll was directly linked to the license plate for seamless crossing at the bridge toll gates.

The actual car received was the Corolla Cross, the hybrid SUV version of Corolla, which is quite fuel-efficient.

The rental company upgraded me to a Peugeot 2008 SUV.

The store was easy to locate with navigation, the process was smooth, the car was clean, and it was easy to operate.

We rented a car for 11 days this time and were very satisfied. At pickup, there was only one person ahead of us. Knowing we were driving to Sweden and Norway, they gave us a new car with good features, strong power, and spacious seating, making the long drive less tiring. They even helped us buy the Copenhagen to Malmo bridge pass at a discounted rate. The car performed smoothly on several icy mountain roads in Norway. The funniest part was when they initially offered us this car, none of us had heard of it and were hesitant to take it. The lady at the rental company explained the car's background to us for a while. Returning the car was also smooth—right after parking, a friendly and tall Chinese gentleman came over, inspected the car quickly, and asked me to sign, completing the process.
