They did try to upsell insurance when we picked up the car, but just politely say no and it’s totally fine. No issues at all, this is pretty standard. Pick-up and return were both very easy, and the staff were quite friendly.
It was actually the EUROCAR counter at the airport. Big company, smooth service. I forgot my physical driver’s license but they still let me rent using my IDP. Returning the car was easy too. The car itself was a bit old, but still clean and the A/C worked well.
Everything went pretty smoothly overall, but there was one extra charge I couldn’t quite figure out. QEEQ’s staff jumped on it right away and helped me look into it.
