So far, everything’s been fine.

No pushy upselling at all, and they even provided a shuttle for pickup.

Efficient service, super convenient, and the car was in great condition.

They first gave us a Yaris Cross and later swapped it for a same-class Subaru Outback, which was a nice upgrade.

Service was friendly and overall pretty good.

The counter is right in the arrivals hall just after customs, really easy to spot.

Too bad they didn’t have the Tesla I wanted.

They needed to communicate in English, but it all went smoothly.

What I wasn’t happy with: the snow chain rental was ridiculously expensive. Back home you can buy a set for about 100 RMB, but here it’s 23 NZD (around 92 RMB) just for one day. The pricing really doesn’t make sense and feels like a rip-off. I rented them for 7 days, the weather was good so I never used them, and I basically threw away 680 for nothing.

Super satisfied – pickup and return locations were really convenient, the whole process was fast, and the car was in great condition.

Fantastic experience! They even drove us back to our nearby hotel after we returned the car. I got full coverage and there were no hidden charges at all—absolutely perfect from start to finish.

Renting the car was super easy, returning it was just as smooth, and driving it was a real pleasure. The car was nearly brand new and handled really well.

Pickup was super quick and smooth.
