Pick-up was quick and smooth, and the staff took their time to patiently explain everything about the car.

What I wasn’t happy with: the snow chain rental was ridiculously expensive. Back home you can buy a set for about 100 RMB, but here it’s 23 NZD (around 92 RMB) just for one day. The pricing really doesn’t make sense and feels like a rip-off. I rented them for 7 days, the weather was good so I never used them, and I basically threw away 680 for nothing.

Renting the car was super easy, returning it was just as smooth, and driving it was a real pleasure. The car was nearly brand new and handled really well.
