Very satisfied, super efficient.

Overall everything was great, it’s just that the queue took way too long.

Staff were really friendly and picking up the car was super smooth.

Workers were nice and helpful but understaffed on the day we were picking up - there was a line of about 6 pick ups and only 1 of the 2 staff were trained to help.

I had to change the pick up location a week prior and the app said I should cancel and rebook. I did this and secured a new rental with the same agency for half the original price so price alert was not working correctly.

Car was in great condition, pickup and return were really straightforward, and the staff were very friendly and helpful.

The staff were generally diligent and responsible, but their ability to handle unexpected issues really varied. When we picked up the car, we noticed the middle row right seat belt buckle wasn’t working. For safety reasons, the first staff member said we should change cars, but a similar model wouldn’t be available for at least two hours, which would seriously disrupt our schedule. He basically had no solution. About half an hour later, after the shift changed, a more experienced staff member took over. Once he confirmed the buckle couldn’t be fixed, he suggested we put our luggage on the middle row right seat, free up the rear luggage area, and drop down the extra seat there for a passenger. That way, we didn’t have to wait for hours and our plans weren’t completely derailed, and the issue was partially resolved. He also promised a €50 refund as compensation and asked for our bank details, but that refund still hasn’t shown up.

They’ll really push you to upgrade the car and add extra insurance, and if you say no they try to scare you with all kinds of worst-case scenarios. Just stick to what you want and don’t give in.

Got the car picked up in under a minute after I arrived, even 30 minutes earlier than my booking. Service was excellent.

Even before we decided whether to buy insurance, the staff were already really friendly. After we said we wanted full coverage, they were even nicer. We originally planned to just rent the car without insurance based on online advice and only buy full coverage when we got here, but the onsite full insurance turned out to be several hundred more expensive for five days than what we saw online. The upside is that all the scratches and scuffs on the car were handled quickly when we returned it, no arguments or haggling over damage fees, which was great. The car itself was in excellent condition and super easy to drive. The only thing I didn’t like is how complicated and slow their emergency assistance is. At one point we were being silly and didn’t realize the steering wheel was locked so the key wouldn’t turn. We called the roadside assistance number they provided and everything was in French. After a lot of effort we finally got to an English option, but it was just an automated system for submitting a request, and it took a full hour before anyone got back to us. On this point I really have to praise QEEQ: when we couldn’t get through to the local French support at all, QEEQ’s customer service stepped in, reached them, and gave us clear, helpful instructions on what to do.

Really happy with the whole rental experience, the staff were great. My only tiny regret is that I booked a Corolla wagon but ended up with an MG hybrid instead.

The interior space in the Polo feels a bit cramped.

The guy at pickup said one thing, but the actual paperwork was different. Definitely double‑check everything before you sign and make sure what’s on the contract matches what they tell you in person.
