The service was acceptable, but there were a lot of people lining up to rent cars at the airport. After waiting for a while in line, the staff directly gave us a Renault compact car instead of the Toyota model we had originally booked. The staff also reminded us about purchasing insurance, but we told them we had already bought it on the platform. In the end, they charged a deposit of over 300 euros, saying it would be refunded within seven working days. When returning the car, we made sure to confirm this again, and the staff assured us that it was correct.

Solamente, que tuve que buscar hospedaje la noche que se hizo la reservación, que porque según tenían que pasar 6 horas desde que se hizo la reserva hasta el momento que se recogería el automóvil.

Excelente la facilidad para realizar la compra y reserva del vehículo, con ese detalle del tiempo de 6 hrs para entrega del vehículo, lo cual generó en que tuviera que buscar hospedaje por esa noche, lo cual no estaba presupuestado.

The reception staff, a friendly guy at the front desk, was very enthusiastic. I was lucky to get a brand-new car with only 9 kilometers on it. The guy even knew about Mount Hua and said he'd love to visit. You're welcome anytime!

Everything else was fine, but if you're not used to driving a manual car, don't try to save money by renting one.

The pickup and return procedures are relatively simple, and the staff have a good attitude. However, just like other rental companies, the pickup and return locations are somewhat hard to find. Specifically, the instructions for vehicle inspection are not very clear, which needs improvement. We spent quite some time wandering around the airport to find the car, and the return navigation only directed us to the terminal building without providing clear guidance on which lane we should take. The lack of precise routing instructions is a significant issue that must be addressed. The return navigation system needs substantial improvement!

The overall service was quite good, but there were two issues during the return: 1. The address provided by you showed an error when searched on Google Maps; 2. Possibly because of my limited language skills, the navigation was too difficult, and I mistakenly thought the pickup location was the return point. Later, when handing over the keys, I showed the parking photo to the staff, who informed me that I had parked in the wrong place. After moving the car to the new location he provided, there was even a fender bender at the parking lot exit!
