We had the car for quite a long trip, 27 days in total. The first one they gave us had an issue with the AC, but as soon as we got to the branch they swapped it out for a new car very quickly.

Service was great—everything was quick and hassle-free.

They gave us a same-class Toyota Proace with just over 1,500 km on it, basically a brand‑new car. We also took their full insurance, which made the whole experience a lot smoother and stress‑free.

Pick-up and return were super easy, and the staff were really patient and helpful. Definitely a thumbs up from me.

But this time the drop-off location info was a mess, and I couldn’t get through on the phone after trying multiple times—the branch number was basically useless. That’s why I can’t give a full 5 stars.
