After the order ended, the entire 300 EUR deposit was taken, plus an additional 152 EUR. The language barrier made it difficult to understand why so much was deducted.
I originally booked a manual, but they gave me an automatic instead, which I was quite happy with. The downside was the pickup time: I booked for 5 p.m. in case my flight was delayed or baggage took longer, but I actually arrived two hours early and they wouldn’t let me pick up the car early unless I paid a lot extra, so I ended up waiting about an hour and a half. I know some other companies allow early pickup, so I’m not sure if this could be improved here.
