Pretty good overall, but I originally booked a Peugeot 208, and only a Mini was available. The trunk was a bit small, but everything else was fine.

Everything else was fine, but the rental desk at Nice Airport was a bit frustrating. The lady at the counter was really pushing their own insurance. I told her I’d already bought full coverage, and she kept saying it wasn’t their policy and that I’d have to pay out of pocket first if anything happened. Only after I said I understood did she finally drop it. Then I proactively asked to add two additional drivers, and she told me we could add them when returning the car, that it wasn’t necessary at pickup. I actually believed her at the time, but that’s really irresponsible. If something had happened on the road and the drivers weren’t listed, the insurance wouldn’t have paid out! The more I thought about it, the more it bothered me. The next day I went back to Nice Airport to sort it out. This time a male staff member helped me, and he said of course the drivers should be added and paid for at pickup, otherwise there could be issues with the insurance. He added the drivers for me and, since I’d made a second trip to the branch to fix their mistake, he waived the fee for the second driver.

Very satisfied – I’ve been renting from this branch for a long time and they’re always quick and efficient.

The car was in excellent condition. Although I rented a BMW, they provided a hybrid Mercedes, which was very new and drove great.

Service was really attentive and thoughtful.

The car rental company in Nice provides excellent service and operates very professionally. The contract is proactively sent to my email. They also take the initiative to introduce the condition of the vehicle and nearby gas stations. There is no push to sell insurance.
