Waited in line for 2.5 hours. Originally scheduled to pick up the car at 3:00, but ended up getting it at 5:45. The car was not the same as agreed upon, and the cost increased from 1700 RMB to about 650 euros, approximately 5000 RMB, three times higher. Extremely dissatisfied.
The French guy, whose name seems to be Mafh, provided excellent service! He was very friendly, and the staff also kindly helped me switch the car's language from French to English.
Shouqi does not have its own service, it is all handled by Europcar as an agent. Overall, the service level is average, but their marketing is quite aggressive. The car condition is mediocre, with mileage exceeding 90,000 kilometers. The tires had a slow leak, but fortunately, I managed to use the air pump at the gas station later. Personally, I feel Shouqi can be considered as Europcar's secondary brand, and I wonder how long it will survive.
Picked up the car over the weekend, but there was only one staff member, so we had to wait for 2 hours to get the car. Additionally, the originally reserved model was unavailable, and they offered us an electric car instead, which we declined. During our discussion, the reserved model was returned, so we proceeded with the inspection and took the car.
