Overall very satisfied. The car was delivered directly to the airport. However, returning the car was difficult to locate based on the instructions. The airport traffic was very congested, making the return process time-consuming and quite troublesome.

The car was old and in poor condition. Filled the tank at the gas station, but it showed as not full. The female staff at the return counter had a bad attitude and watched closely, not allowing us to leave.

I had to wait in line for over an hour and still didn't get the car, which delayed my subsequent plans. I was supposed to return the car by 2 PM on the third day, but I only got the car at 1:50 PM on the first day, resulting in an additional day's charge.

It was quite troublesome. They mentioned that WeChat could be used during the booking process, and they confirmed its availability, but they didn’t use it in practice. Communication was difficult. WhatsApp is no longer accessible for mainland China phone numbers, so there was no solution.

Pickup and drop-off went relatively smoothly.

There are fewer staff members, so the process isn't very fast. However, Thai people are known for their relaxed nature, and it's the same everywhere.

The service was acceptable, overall it felt okay and pickup and drop-off were convenient. However, the battery broke down midway, costing us around half a day. Thankfully, some local residents helped us to communicate!

Very satisfied. The car inspection was quick. Booked a Toyota Yaris but got a free upgrade to a Honda Civic. The car was in excellent condition. Drove for 1800 kilometers, and it was very fuel-efficient. Mainly, the overall quality of drivers in Thailand is high, so it wasn't overly tiring to drive.

Be cautious with this car rental company. The car was small and quite old. If you've ever encountered landlords using a blue light to nitpick when renting houses, this car rental company is quite similar. I recommend choosing a rental option that allows waiving deposits using credit scores—avoid using a credit card as collateral, as it puts you in a disadvantaged position. While abroad, you won't have much recourse. They used a light to find a few specks of dust and accused me of smoking in the car, fining me 7,000 THB. Honestly, I was so angry I laughed. Sigh.
