NATIONAL CAR RENTAL REVIEWS

Really good

Everyone there was super friendly and welcoming.

I booked a Peugeot Citroën 5008 for Monday, and since they happened to have one available, they even upgraded me to a 9-seater for free.

You can sign up for membership for free and just walk straight into the lot to pick a car yourself, super convenient.

Overall the staff were pretty nice, but they switched people doing the check-in twice in the middle, which was a bit inconvenient.

Pretty good overall.

Really great overall.

I've been getting a mysterious €24.99 charge every month and have no idea what it’s for.

Overall pretty happy with the rental.

The staff were really welcoming and friendly.

Loved the store, and the car was in great condition. We managed to fit four 26-inch suitcases plus several backpacks—this Skoda wagon’s trunk is seriously spacious, and the fuel consumption was pretty low too.

Very satisfied overall.

Our English isn’t great so we couldn’t really understand the lady at the counter, but she used a translation app to talk with us and was actually quite patient. The car wasn’t the exact model we booked, but it was a brand‑new 2025 vehicle, really easy to drive, and the full‑to‑full fuel policy was very convenient. When we returned the car, the staff even drove us right up to the elevator, and since it was raining that day, that extra service felt really thoughtful.

Used them for the second time now – they’re under Enterprise. They will try to upsell their own insurance. Local coverage does have its perks, especially for cross-border trips. For example, Albania doesn’t recognize the platform’s insurance, so you need to buy an extra Green Card, about €50 per day. But if you do the math, the platform’s full coverage still works out cheaper overall.

Customer service was really friendly and helpful

Service was very proactive and the staff were really friendly.

Super happy with everything, big thumbs up!

The app showed it was a 7‑seater, but the supplier actually gave us a 5‑seater. Not sure where the communication went wrong.

Drop off and shuttle to LAX was quick and efficient. Staff at Yosemite airport was wonderful albeit the rental system had a temporary shut down.

Cancellation process was easy. Rebooking was easy. Loved the flexibility that came with changing bookings without extra charges. Exactly what you want when booking on line.

Staff were friendly and explained everything clearly.
