CROATIA CAR RENTAL REVIEWS

No hard selling at all, and they didn’t make me pay for a small scuff on the trunk.

Super satisfied with the whole experience.

Super quick process, really patient staff, and absolutely no hard selling at all.

Everything went smoothly. There was no upselling of insurance, and although the car wasn't returned with a full tank, the fuel fee was settled on the spot. Now I'm just waiting for my deposit to be refunded.

The deposit refund was exceptionally fast.

Really good

The rental desk is right inside the airport, the staff are really friendly, and they handled an accident quickly and efficiently.

Super fast service and they checked the car really carefully.

They didn’t push any extra insurance on me, which I really appreciated. They did charge an extra one-way fee by mistake, but it was fully refunded later with help from QEEQ customer service.

Enterprise is a great car rental company, and their pickup location is conveniently located next to a hotel.

Great service and really friendly staff, plus no hidden charges at all.

Super satisfied overall – I’d definitely rent from them again next time.

Friendly and efficient counter staff and slight delay picking up was due to a number of other clients arriving on the same plane. Car was perfect and performed perfectly over a hire period of 6 weeks over which it travelled over 3000 kilometres.

Perfect once again.

They charge an extra 15 euros for car washing, but even with that, this company still works out cheaper than others. There’s no counter at Zagreb airport, and I had to wait around 40 minutes after landing before someone came to pick me up.

Used them for the second time now – they’re under Enterprise. They will try to upsell their own insurance. Local coverage does have its perks, especially for cross-border trips. For example, Albania doesn’t recognize the platform’s insurance, so you need to buy an extra Green Card, about €50 per day. But if you do the math, the platform’s full coverage still works out cheaper overall.

Hardly any waiting at all

At Zagreb Airport, they try to upsell insurance, but when you mention you've already bought it on the platform, they seem a bit unhappy but don't say much more.

When picking up the car at Zagreb Airport, we had to wait for over an hour as the previous car hadn't been returned yet. The process was fairly smooth overall. Since we didn’t buy insurance directly from the rental company, the deposit was relatively high at €3,000. The car was in decent condition, and the space was suitable for the four of us. Finally, we successfully returned the car in Belgrade.

Probably because I’d already filled in everything by email, both pick-up and drop-off were super quick and easy. I didn’t get the exact model I booked, but they gave me one in the same category, so that was fine. The only real issue was the car was clearly not cleaned at all—the floor mats still had sand and dirt on them. It felt like they were basically forcing me to pay the extra €15 cleaning fee. Apart from that, everything was great.

Pretty good.
