The staff at the rental company were very patient. Even though I returned the car over ten minutes late, they didn't say anything. I was initially worried there might be issues, but the lady assisting with the car return was very kind.

The overall service was good. Since I was staying in Zagreb for a layover before flying back home the next day, I opted to rent a manual car for just one day for convenience. The rental company provided a car that had not been repaired after an accident, and the right door was scraped and deformed. However, both the pick-up and drop-off processes went smoothly. Kudos to the rental staff! Driving a manual car does require practice; I stalled in the city center of Zagreb and got honked at by a taxi behind me.

The service attitude was very good. They charged exactly as per the terms booked on QEEQ and did not push for any additional insurance.

All was good with the service. Had two issues with the new MB A Class. Need to add 1 liter of engine oil 30 min after I rented the car. After that I had an error for the back seat airbag sensor. Didn't change the car because I was the only passenger. I was offered another bcar the next day.
