The overall service was good. Since I was staying in Zagreb for a layover before flying back home the next day, I opted to rent a manual car for just one day for convenience. The rental company provided a car that had not been repaired after an accident, and the right door was scraped and deformed. However, both the pick-up and drop-off processes went smoothly. Kudos to the rental staff! Driving a manual car does require practice; I stalled in the city center of Zagreb and got honked at by a taxi behind me.

The service attitude was very good. They charged exactly as per the terms booked on QEEQ and did not push for any additional insurance.

The car's condition was good, but the process of picking up the car was extremely slow. It took two hours before I got the car, and they insisted on waiting until our scheduled time to start the procedures.
