No, it did not. It did not have my vehicle and told me it could not help me. I had to argue over 20 minutes at the counter until they finally gave me what they believe was an equal vehicle. It's a shame it truly is a shame. The way they treat their customers?

The old system automatically made reservations at lower prices, but it disappeared after the change, which is a bit disappointing.

The store itself is quite small, with only one counter and two staff members: one handling paperwork and the other driving customers to pick up their cars. Processing and waiting times are rather long. The actual car pickup location is in the parking lot beside the train station (about 600 meters away), specifically on the third floor of a multi-level parking structure. The dedicated parking area for the rental company is located on the third floor. To pick up your car, a staff member from the company will first go to the ground floor to get a parking ticket. Keep in mind that once you’ve received the ticket, you must leave the parking lot within 15 minutes, or the ticket will no longer work at the gate, requiring you to return to the ground floor to redo the ticket process. The company charged me an upgrade fee for the vehicle without confirming or explaining it to me; I only noticed it later when they sent me the electronic invoice. Additionally, the service staff wasn't particularly friendly, especially the guy wearing glasses who took us to pick up the car. He spoke very quickly and seemed impatient when he realized we had trouble understanding. The car was not filled to the full tank upon pickup (only 5/8 full), but when I returned the car with more fuel (7/8 full), they didn’t refund the extra amount nor did they mention this issue.

they are a cheating company 100 % , I have returned the car in the same condition 100 % as I have taken it from them , they changed my credit card for 930 euro without any right to do so !!!!! i have tried over 2 days to get in touch with them they refuse to even send an email !!!!!!! i am frustrated from this behavior

It was okay, but there was a bit of a language barrier, and the car model was different from what I expected.

There was an unreasonable charge. I picked up an electric car on the 13th but was billed for charging costs on the 12th. Additionally, when returning the car, they required it to be fully charged and added extra fees.

I had time ago a bad experience with Drivalia, they gave me a car with a very old tyre, broken in the internal face, that was irreparable, and I was never reimbursed for the cost of a new tyre (used) that I had to buy. I gave them another chance, cannot complaint about the car, new, but the staff at the check in was apathetic, slow.

The car wasn't even mentioned. I was told to use a Chinese VISA card because I have a European driver's license. I've been renting cars for nearly 4 months, but using this company for the first time turned out to be a scam. Everyone, beware. No refunds are given. This company does not allow free cancellations, so please be cautious.

It seems to be a new car rental company with reasonable prices and smooth service. The location is easy to find, and the staff are professional without unnecessary chatter or upselling. Highly recommended.
