Quick pickup and friendly service.

Booked and paid online but they didn't know. Also, the pick-up location was incorrect!

The staff was very friendly and enthusiastic. He proactively switched me to an Audi A3 with automatic transmission, which was great to drive.

The car rental process was very simple, and there was no extra charge for adding an additional driver. The service staff was very friendly. The pre-authorization fee was also refunded promptly after the car was returned.

The store itself is quite small, with only one counter and two staff members: one handling paperwork and the other driving customers to pick up their cars. Processing and waiting times are rather long. The actual car pickup location is in the parking lot beside the train station (about 600 meters away), specifically on the third floor of a multi-level parking structure. The dedicated parking area for the rental company is located on the third floor. To pick up your car, a staff member from the company will first go to the ground floor to get a parking ticket. Keep in mind that once you’ve received the ticket, you must leave the parking lot within 15 minutes, or the ticket will no longer work at the gate, requiring you to return to the ground floor to redo the ticket process. The company charged me an upgrade fee for the vehicle without confirming or explaining it to me; I only noticed it later when they sent me the electronic invoice. Additionally, the service staff wasn't particularly friendly, especially the guy wearing glasses who took us to pick up the car. He spoke very quickly and seemed impatient when he realized we had trouble understanding. The car was not filled to the full tank upon pickup (only 5/8 full), but when I returned the car with more fuel (7/8 full), they didn’t refund the extra amount nor did they mention this issue.

The staff was very nice. When we returned the car, he asked if we were heading to the train station and directly gave us a ride there. Much appreciated.

The location didn't match the actual address, spent over an hour searching the area. Called the staff, and they just said they were near the train station, then no further assistance was provided.

Very satisfied. I rented a Golf but actually got a large SUV. The car was very new and the staff were very friendly. They even voluntarily drove us to the train station when we returned the car.

The service was excellent. They even had a big dog there. The staff were very accommodating and, after asking about the number of passengers and luggage, provided a larger car. Make sure the English address on your driver's license translation can be found on Google Maps to avoid delays.

My vehicle was not as described. It was dirty, dented and the stereo did not work. Drop off location was a hassle with the large size of the vehicle

The service was mediocre. We had to locate the car ourselves, and there was basically no service provided. Additionally, we had to pay a service fee to purchase full insurance, which I encountered for the first time. Other car rental companies don't charge an insurance service fee.

Be cautious of this store; they're quite deceitful. When I picked up the car, it already had scratches. I even asked if it was okay, and the staff said it was fine and let me drive it. When I returned the car, the owner claimed the scratches were my fault. I immediately showed him a video taken at the time of pickup, which even included the date and time. He accused me of tampering with the video timestamp. The store employee who gave me the car confirmed to his boss that the scratches were already there (the employee was very nice). The owner seemed determined to make an insurance claim and asked me to admit fault, saying it wouldn't matter since insurance would cover it. However, I couldn't tolerate this dishonesty and threatened to call the police. Once I mentioned contacting the authorities, he backed off and dropped the issue. At the end, he still insisted he believed I caused the damage.
