Return was quick and easy, no one tried to upsell any extra insurance, and we could just drop the car and leave right away. They’re even open and running as normal on Sundays.
Our train arrived late and it was already the last pickup slot of the day, but the staff were really patient and even upgraded our car, which was a nice surprise.
Maybe because I didn't purchase full insurance at their office, the staff didn't seem very happy. The car only had half a tank of fuel when I picked it up, and it wasn't cleaned. However, they didn't say anything when I returned the car without a full tank.
