When picking up the car, I accidentally left my wallet at the service counter. I tried contacting the car rental company through QEEQ customer service but couldn't reach them. Thankfully, the rental company reached out to us proactively, and I got my wallet back. Big thumbs up to them!

They required us to purchase roadside assistance, claiming it was mandatory for entering France.

Staff provided detailed explanations, did not push insurance, and we were lucky there was no queue.

The car had some issues, so they let me exchange it at a nearby store. There are many locations, and they even upgraded the vehicle for free.

We booked an SUV for five people, but were given a station wagon. The space was relatively limited, although the trunk was quite large and fit all the luggage.

I think overall it's pretty good. There was no aggressive upselling of insurance. When picking up the car, there was a 'prepaid fuel option' for €97, and they said it would be refunded if the car is returned with a full tank. I was initially worried they wouldn't refund it upon return, but they did refund it when I returned the car fully fueled. I was also concerned about potential issues during the car return process, but they inspected the car on the spot and issued a receipt clearly and promptly. Everything was transparent and straightforward.
