Rented a car in Spain for a road trip around Europe. The pickup office is actually inside the train station. We were greeted by a very tall lady who clearly walked us through everything in the office – where to pick up the car, the exact parking spot, the plate number, and how to exit the parking garage. We followed her instructions and found the car with no issues, but when we tried to leave the parking lot, the barrier wouldn’t lift even after scanning the QR code like it said. Just when we had no idea what to do, we saw the same lady coming over from a distance. She checked and said it was a system issue, then manually lifted the barrier to let us out. We also asked if we could return the car early in Seville since we’d arrive after office hours, and she told us there’s a where you can just drop the key in.
