Everything else was fine, but the actual car model provided was different from the one booked, which caused issues fitting the luggage. Make sure to choose the right car model carefully.
Picking up and returning the car was quite convenient. The vehicle was spacious, and aside from the unpleasant odor from the air conditioning, everything else was fine.
The service was excellent with high efficiency, and the deposit was refunded quickly. During pickup, the car was in great condition, almost brand new. The entire rental experience was very pleasant!
The staff service was terrible. The office clerk was on a personal call, and there was nobody at the service desk outside. We waited for a long time, and eventually walked over to signal him. He responded with 'Wait a moment, my colleague will be here!' and then shut the door.
