You need to take the elevator to the underground parking lot on level -3 to locate the car yourself. When returning the car, the store conducts a strict inspection and appears somewhat unreasonable. Old damages on the car require proof with photos taken when picking up the car, and the photo's date must also be checked.

Our car rental experience was an absolute disaster. When we arrived at the rental company, there were over 50 people waiting — many of them literally sitting or lying on the floor. Despite having a reservation for a specific time, we had to wait more than two hours to collect our car. The service was appalling. The staff at the counter were extremely rude and unprofessional, offering no help or explanation for the delay. The situation at the key collection point was just as bad — chaotic and poorly organized, with staff showing no courtesy or basic customer service. Same for the drop off service. I would not recommend this company to anyone. It was a truly frustrating and disappointing experience.

The location is very close to the attraction, but the storefront is quite small. The car was parked in an underground garage nearby. Initially, I was given a compact SUV with significant wear on the front right tire. The next day, I went to the airport and exchanged it for a Citroën C4, but I had to wait several hours.
