Pick-up Instructions

The OK Mobility - Ok Bcn car rental location is in terminal

You can walk to the counter of OK Mobility - Ok Bcn car rental.

Terminal 1: After leaving the baggage claim area, you will see Go Natural cafe. Walk around the cafe and continue straight following the signs for "La Plaça". Turn to the left and follow signs for car rental pickup and continue until you see the OK Mobility Store. To pick up your vehicle, take the lift or stairs to your right and head to the lower floor (Planta 1). Walk to the end of the carpark where you will find the vehicle pickup Store. Terminal 2: After leaving the baggage claim area, you will see signs for the car rental area. Turn to the left following these signs and you will immediately see the OK Mobility Store in front of you. To pick up your vehicle, leave the Terminal and cross the pedestrian crossing to your right. Cross the road again and you will see the vehicle pickup Store in front of you in the carpark.

Drop-off Instructions

Terminal 1: When you arrive at Terminal 1, there are 5 lanes. Drive around the second lane from the left, following the “Car Rental” signs. After the junction, continue following the “Car Rental” signs. Enter the carpark signposted “Car Rental” and follow signs to go up to the first floor. Once on the first floor, go to the right and continue straight until the end of the carpark where you will find the OK Mobility parking spaces. Terminal 2: When you arrive at Terminal 2, drive around the left lane following the “Rent-a-car” signs. Stay in the left lane following the signs on the pavement to “RENT A CAR”. Before the checkpoint, you will see a sign on the left with all the car rental offices. Continue in this late to enter the “Rent a Car” carpark. At the end of the carpark, you will see the OK Mobility spaces.

This supplement extends the rental terms and conditions to adjacent countries, provided they are one of the countries listed above, and under the coverage and liability conditions agreed upon in the current excess (as long as the vehicle is used in accordance with these General Terms and Conditions and the traffic regulations of the country of use are adhered to). If this supplement is not purchased and an accident occurs, the Lessee will be fully responsible for any damage to the vehicle, repatriation costs, and/or the total vehicle cost, as well as compensation for any damages caused. The vehicle may not be boarded or transported by any means of transportation without the prior written authorisation of the Lessor.It is prohibited to cross borders outside the European continent. For price and details of INT, please consult the staff at the counter.

    The staff was very friendly. My English is not very good, I can understand simple words but get confused with long sentences. He patiently explained everything to me over and over. He said that they need to authorize 1200 euros on my credit card, which I initially didn't understand and got scared because I thought they were asking for an extra 1200 euros. I told him I had already paid for everything, including the most expensive insurance. He explained that the insurance money doesn't go to the company. If there is an issue, they need to charge my credit card first for repairs, and then the insurance company reimburses me. I finally understood after his long explanation.

    The staff's attitude is excellent and they never force you to buy additional insurance, which increases my trust in this company. I don't consider other companies anymore when renting a car. My car once had a malfunction alert, and to prevent any accidents, they gave me a replacement car for free and even upgraded me to a better model. I have now become a loyal fan of this company.     Returned the car half a day early in the evening, and the €2000 deposit was refunded the same night. There was some upselling during pickup, but after repeated confirmations, it took about 40 minutes of waiting and discussion to get the car. The car's horsepower was slightly weak; when driving uphill with four adults and one child, the accelerator had to be pressed to the maximum to make it.

Terminal 1: After leaving the baggage claim area, you will see Go Natural cafe. Walk around the cafe and continue straight following the signs for "La Plaça". Turn to the left and follow signs for car rental pickup and continue until you see the OK Mobility Store. To pick up your vehicle, take the lift or stairs to your right and head to the lower floor (Planta 1). Walk to the end of the carpark where you will find the vehicle pickup Store. Terminal 2: After leaving the baggage claim area, you will see signs for the car rental area. Turn to the left following these signs and you will immediately see the OK Mobility Store in front of you. To pick up your vehicle, leave the Terminal and cross the pedestrian crossing to your right. Cross the road again and you will see the vehicle pickup Store in front of you in the carpark.

How to Return The Rental Car, Car Park or Key Box & After Hours Return Instructions?

Terminal 1: When you arrive at Terminal 1, there are 5 lanes. Drive around the second lane from the left, following the “Car Rental” signs. After the junction, continue following the “Car Rental” signs. Enter the carpark signposted “Car Rental” and follow signs to go up to the first floor. Once on the first floor, go to the right and continue straight until the end of the carpark where you will find the OK Mobility parking spaces. Terminal 2: When you arrive at Terminal 2, drive around the left lane following the “Rent-a-car” signs. Stay in the left lane following the signs on the pavement to “RENT A CAR”. Before the checkpoint, you will see a sign on the left with all the car rental offices. Continue in this late to enter the “Rent a Car” carpark. At the end of the carpark, you will see the OK Mobility spaces.
