This is my second time renting a car here, so I'm familiar with the process. The only downside is that the exit route is a bit complicated.

They barely tried to upsell anything, which I really appreciated.

There were a few hidden charges, but the staff were really friendly and they didn’t push any extra insurance.

Picked up the car with Record Go at Mallorca Airport and everything went smoothly.

The rental cars are parked right at the airport, easy to find with clear signs. The online rental desk will charge you two separate amounts: one is a fuel deposit, the other is for the insurance option. There’s a €1200 deposit that gets refunded about a month later, or you can choose a full coverage package for €170.

Really good overall. They didn’t push the insurance at all, just gave clear reminders, and the staff kept a friendly smile the whole time.

Super convenient to use.

When you return the car it has to be completely full, and they only allow up to about 10 km of fuel usage, so you’re basically forced to fill up at a nearby gas station right before drop-off.

Super satisfied, definitely worth recommending.

I dropped the car off late and they still didn’t charge me extra.

Overall very good. I’d suggest skipping the website insurance and just buying full coverage directly at the counter. It’s a bit more expensive, but you don’t have to leave a deposit of over €1,000.

After you pick up your luggage at Mallorca airport, head out and go to the red area on the left – their office has been moved outside now.

Super good value – low price, full access, and the car was in great condition. Just over 100 a day, honestly feels like a total steal, and they refunded the deposit the same day.

The directions at the airport were clear. This was my first time renting a car abroad since the pandemic, and I forgot some of the European processes, which made me spend quite a while at the counter discussing things. For instance, I bought insurance on the platform but still had to pay a deposit (this is just a regular car rental deposit to cover fines or penalties, if any). Additionally, there was a fuel tank deposit, which is refundable as long as you return the car with a full tank; it's just another form of security. QEEQ remains as reliable as ever, offering clear instructions and being as convenient and efficient as it was before the pandemic. I chose a leading local rental company instead of a global one, and the service was very convenient.
