The store was hard to find, with only one staff member, and I had to wait a long time to get there. The procedure took a while. I had booked a Toyota but was given a Haval instead. The car's condition was not very good, and I got the car much later than the scheduled pickup time. When returning the car, they were overly concerned about the return time.
This is a scam company covered under Google that cheats customers out of their deposits. Everyone should avoid renting from them. My rating on Google: 1 star. They don't even have their own website.
The entire process of pick-up and drop-off was accompanied, with thorough explanations provided. There was assistance throughout both vehicle collection and return. The car was in excellent condition, free of any issues, and clean and tidy.
The staff were very friendly and responsive to all questions. However, there seemed to be some issues on the day, as the shuttle service for picking up the car was significantly delayed. Additionally, the driver was new and unfamiliar with the route, taking the wrong roads, which resulted in a 3-hour delay for the car pickup. When I returned the car to the store, I was told I could be shuttled to the airport as long as I returned the car on time. But later, when I called, they asked me to arrange my own transportation and send a photo of the receipt for reimbursement. However, I have not received the refund until now.
Company was not in-terminal as listed on the page and gave ridicoulus page long description how to get there without saying address, as of course addres was registered to be the airport, not their real adress which was 35 Doodle Street, Alexandria, NSW.
I travelled many countries across all continents and this was so far my worst car rental experience in terms of picking up the car.
