The pick-up and drop-off process was quick and convenient, and the car rental company's service attitude was excellent. They picked us up from the airport parking lot and took us to the car collection point.
The driver who picked us up at the airport was super friendly, kept telling us about Sydney’s local culture and must-visit spots, and even helped carry all our luggage. The whole experience felt really comfortable and welcoming.
The rental place is actually a temporary container office in the parking lot. Service was pretty good—just make sure you ask if anything’s unclear. They also offer a shuttle service.
