KEDDY BY EUROPCAR CAR RENTAL REVIEWS

Absolutely thrilled with the whole experience.

Apart from the pickup location being a bit hard to find, everything else was great.

Super efficient and smooth, picking up the car was really easy and the location was simple to find.

Everything went smoothly from start to finish.

Staff were pretty friendly and easy to talk to

Pick-up and drop-off are both at Europcar. At first we couldn’t find the exact pick-up spot, but the staff at the return location sorted it out and handed over the car there. The car itself was in good condition and the staff were really friendly. Europcar has been solid for me – I’ve rented with them in the UK, Australia and Turkey and always feel pretty confident using them.

Super efficient—both pickup and drop-off went really smoothly.

Really great overall.

Everything was excellent.

Absolutely awesome, I’ll definitely book with QEEQ again next time.

They couldn’t provide the exact car I’d booked, which was a bit disappointing.

Short line, staff were friendly and answered questions right away.

Really good overall.

Everything went smoothly overall. Everyone was professional and friendly, except for one female staff member I ran into at terminal 1.

They walked me through the whole process pretty clearly. All in all it took a bit over an hour, and you also have to go find the car yourself.

Very satisfied.

Service was fantastic, and they even upgraded my car for free.

Rented a car for 11 days and it was honestly great. First off, they didn’t try to push any extra insurance or add-ons. Then they upgraded my car, and it turned out to be almost brand new with only about 500 km on it. Returning the car was super quick too — they did a quick walk-around, said everything was fine, and I was done in under 10 minutes. The deposit refund was impressively fast, it hit my account the next day. I checked the breakdown and the difference matched the highway tolls exactly, so there were no hidden charges. I’d originally been worried about surprise fines or penalties, but there were none.

Very satisfied with the service.
