BELGRADE CAR RENTAL REVIEWS

Absolutely thrilled with the whole experience.

Really great local rental place – friendly staff, super efficient, and both pickup and drop-off went smoothly. Definitely a 10/10 experience!

From Belgrade Old Town, we took the free bus No.16 to New Belgrade and it was super easy to find the rental office. We’d booked online in advance, so the pick-up process was smooth and fast and we were on the road in no time. The car was a new 208, very easy to handle and drove beautifully the whole way. There were two of us, and the trunk fit two suitcases (24" and 26") perfectly. Since the location is outside the Old Town, you avoid most of the traffic and can get onto the expressway out of the city very quickly. If you’re driving across borders, make sure to apply online in advance so they can prepare the green cross-border insurance – with that, border checks were completely hassle-free.

Superb service – very responsible and genuinely warm and helpful.

Super satisfied overall—the car was in great condition and the whole rental process was really smooth and hassle-free.

Overall pretty good.

Great service attitude, short waiting time, no extra charges or hidden fees.

They did try to upsell insurance, but there was no pressure at all.

The lady who helped us was really pretty and super professional. She took care of everything from pickup to inspection, and never tried to hard-sell anything.

Car was in great condition, they gave me a diesel so it was powerful and fuel-efficient.

This place is usually pretty quiet, so if you show up early there’s often nobody at the counter. They do stick a piece of paper with a phone number on the window though. If you want to pick up the car ahead of time, just call that number. I called when picking up and dropping off, and the staff who answered all spoke English, so communication was no problem at all.

Everything was great, really happy with the whole experience.

Customer service helped me get the booking done—really satisfied!

Price was really affordable.

The front desk staff were super friendly and patient, the parking spot was easy to find, and the car was in great condition.

Service attitude was decent, and they could communicate in English.

Local rental company with great value for money and well-maintained cars.
