They explained the basics of operating the car, how to open the fuel cap, which type of fuel to use, the exact location of the return office, and who to contact and what to do in case of an accident. Everything was thoroughly explained. The car was spotlessly cleaned, both exterior and interior. The vehicle's mileage was around 27,000 kilometers, which was reasonable, and the engine power was sufficient.
