After doing the paperwork at the Burger King by Gate 1 in Langkawi Airport, they drove the car straight to Gate 1 for handover.

Overall very satisfied; the car pickup process was smooth. On the way to the hotel, the left mirror hit a road barrier, and there was a small scratch on the car body. The rental company took the car for assessment the day before return and provided a free ride to the airport the next day. The compensation was reasonable, and they provided a receipt from the repair shop.
