They added us on messaging ahead of time and clearly walked us through all the important reminders and parking rules. If anything came up, we could just drop a message in the group and they replied really fast. After we got home, they even followed up to check whether we arrived safely—super responsible! The car itself was in good condition, the AC worked great, and it was fairly fuel-efficient. The car was also spotless when we picked it up. Overall, really satisfied.

We drove around Malaysia for a few days and it handled both city streets and highways really well. Plenty of space in the car—perfect for two people with luggage. Great value for money and a really good option for exploring Malaysia.
