The car was good, and the service was good too. The only issue was that the car was not full tank when we picked it up; it was half tank. The staff told us to return it with the same amount of fuel, but it's hard to control.
Additionally, AirAsia now operates from the new terminal at the international airport, which is Terminal 2. However, there were no rental counters at Terminal 2. We had to take a train from Terminal 2 to Terminal 1 to rent the car. Not sure if I made a mistake when booking or if it's an issue with the rental company.
