MAYFLOWER CAR RENTAL REVIEWS

There was no one at the counter when returning the car, and no contact number was provided. Waited for a long time and was about to leave to catch a flight when I encountered a staff member. The return process was quite simple in the end, but I almost missed my flight.

The car was good, and the service was good too. The only issue was that the car was not full tank when we picked it up; it was half tank. The staff told us to return it with the same amount of fuel, but it's hard to control. Additionally, AirAsia now operates from the new terminal at the international airport, which is Terminal 2. However, there were no rental counters at Terminal 2. We had to take a train from Terminal 2 to Terminal 1 to rent the car. Not sure if I made a mistake when booking or if it's an issue with the rental company.

The company staff is nice

Someone will be waiting at the counter even if you arrive outside working hours.

Like: Staff service was friendly and accomodating. Car was in good condition.

No issues, car was very scratched, tip they should tell people about the parking voucher system

Like: Staff very friendly, i left my stuff inside the car and the team sent iit back the same day.
Dislike: They close the business on sunday

The service was a bit slow, but the staff were nice.

Even at 1 AM, someone answered the phone. Not bad.
