On the first day, I drove up the mountain to eat durian and noticed that the brakes on the first car felt a bit soft. The next day, I planned to drive from Penang to Ipoh for sightseeing, so I contacted the owner. They quickly confirmed to switch the car and even had a colleague deliver the replacement to me at around 10 PM. Truly touched by their service.
