The location is very close to the attraction, but the storefront is quite small. The car was parked in an underground garage nearby. Initially, I was given a compact SUV with significant wear on the front right tire. The next day, I went to the airport and exchanged it for a Citroën C4, but I had to wait several hours.

The reservation was made with Alamo, but they are actually partnered with Europcar. I've booked cars through them several times, and their service is very professional. Although we booked a category of vehicle like a Renault Scénic, I was worried that it might be a bit tight for five people plus luggage. However, seeing that we had a larger group and more luggage, the staff provided us with a much larger car than the one we booked. Many thanks to the kind employee!

The staff service was terrible. The office clerk was on a personal call, and there was nobody at the service desk outside. We waited for a long time, and eventually walked over to signal him. He responded with 'Wait a moment, my colleague will be here!' and then shut the door.

The car rental company was overall acceptable. However, when returning the car, the staff specifically checked the underside of the car by hand and claimed there was a scratch, charging 70 euros for it. That area is typically not inspected during pickup, so it was hard to explain the reason. It felt like an unavoidable situation. Fortunately, I applied for insurance reimbursement, and QEEQ assisted promptly in handling it.

Service was terrible. They made me wait an hour because my flight was early. Not even because car was not ready. Took me 30 mins to wait for someone to come to look at a body hit on the car. On return they took more than than 10 min to examine every inch of the car with flashlight and photos. Found nothing. They charged 25% tax on the 90 EU extra pay for border crossing in Europe. This shop offers delivery to the airport, but I took public transit from Barcelona city center. I contacted the store, and the actual address is Avinguda les Garrigues 46, Mas Blau, Barcelona. I picked up and returned the car here. The staff's English was not very good, making phone communication a bit challenging at first. However, a staff member contacted me via WhatsApp, and they were friendly and patient. The car was inexpensive and in good condition. Returning the car was quick and smooth, with just a brief inspection.

Horrible service. They force you to buy an extended insurance from them, even though we already got an AXAinsurance. Big discussion on that. It is also not possible to pay with another credit card ( my husbands) or debit card. When you choose for that, they said that it was only possible when chosing for their insurance.

I chose ACE company to avoid renting with companies with poor reviews. Unfortunately, it turned out that ACE is used only to cover up the fact that you are renting with Gold car ( bad experience in the past) that in fact is using Rhodium cars ( very poor reviews). I could have rented with them directly for a lower price, but I wanted to go with a more reputable company. This practice is very misleading and this experience was rather disappointing. Expensive rental, hard to find at the airport, long line, extra tax charges, claims of having no insurance even though papers claim that I boight a basic one.

В конечном итоге мне выдали машину с меньшим объемом багажника, чем я заказал. Это был мой первый опыт с Thrifty, и мне не хотелось бы его повторить. У Thrifty высокий рейтинг, так что, возможно, мне просто не повезло.

At the counter of Interrent, there is any signs that the office of Interrent moved to Goldcar. At the counter of Goldcar there is no sign, that hier can pick up the car people with interrent voucher. The crew tried to get from me the adminstration fee, although in my voucher of stood clear, that I paid all taxes and fees.

Inter rent staffs: - lied to me about the amount of the deposit ( said 1400€ rather than 1089€) and the time they’ll hold the deposit (28 days rather than 5) to sell me a insurance. - they changed my ”full tank to full tank” contract, already paid, for a “flex” contract with extra fee. - Told me the insurance I bought when I made the reservation was not really covering the car.

N'existe plus, le box vous indique d'aller au box goldcar qui ont soit disant racheté interrent la personne voulait m'obliger à prendre des assurances pendant plusieurs minutes, faisant mine que les miennes n'existaient pas, que le bas prix de ma location ne pouvait pas les inclure, après négociation et tentative d'appel au service client du site qui m'avait vendu la location, il a finalement reconnu que mes assurances étaient bonnes et qu'en ce cas il y a aurait une caution sur ma carte, ce que je savais déjà. Il m'a été facturé un flex fuel que je n'avais jamais demandé (18€) mais qui était déjà coché sur son ordinateur, c'est de la vente forcée, j'ai essayé de la faire sauter et puis j'ai lâché l'affaire, je leur ai laissé me la facturer tellement ils me font de la peine à vouloir grappiller des euros...

The car was in a different bay and location of where I was told and the documentation given. This caused a big delay and made me go back to the terminal, which was not ideal as it was already late and my son is 4 years old. Apart from the pick up problems, the signage for drop off is insufficient and poor and was acknowledged by the staff member at drop off. I would like to know if Dollar are prepared to offer a full explanation and some offer of compensation.

We struggle to get a car confirmed to be large enough to carry our luggage. This is in part due to the requirements of my disabled daughter. Dollar "upgraded" the car, however in truth this was not an upgrade and we struggled with luggage space.

The service was good. We booked a Picasso C4, but were given brand new Peugeot 508s. We reserved one automatic and one manual, but the staff made a mistake and gave us two manuals. They corrected the issue immediately upon realizing it. The process was simple, and the staff were friendly.
